Nathan Steffel, the father of a 6-week-old baby girl who passed away due to medical complications, posted a request on Reddit asking for somebody to edit the photo of his daughter and remove the tubes connected all throughout her body for a sole reason that his baby had spent her entire lifetime inside the hospital so he wasn't able to have a photo of her without any medical apparatus attached on her.
