The 'Untold Story' about EDSA gunmen

MANILA - The unidentified gunmen who intercepted a vehicle in EDSA last September 1, 2014, is now linked to kidnapping of a young girl who allegedly killed because the parents called the cops.

As per ABS-CBN News report, the alleged gunmen were in vehicles that had no plates, one of them wore a helmet. An image of at least 4 gunmen surrounding a white SUV-type vehicle was taken and uploaded in social media which became viral leaving the netizens confused on what really happened.

"We're all okay but we're a bit confused about what happened because when I was there, no shots were fired," according to the source.

"I saw it there was a shoot out and they took the passengers in the Fortuner," added by the source.

According to a Facebook post, it was near the Camp Crame where the incident happened during the broad daylight. The anonymity of the source should be implemented for security purposes.

Resharing: The 2 grabbed photos are related, it was confirmed amongst school parents and students of ICA and Xavier that the kidnapping incident took place in EDSA on broad daylight and very NEAR Camp Crame is in fact TRUE, the ICAN girl was killed because it was said that the parents called the cops...Same thing happened to Mr. Chao 69yrs old, the father of motoworld...

And another person posted a warning saying that he or she received 3 different updates about kidnapping in Fisher Mall, Damar, and EDSA. This person also mentioned that a target was a "Fil-Chi".

This is one in edsa raw. Someone forwarded it. Ican dead na raw. Ito yung nangyari kahapon sa edsa that went viral.

This person said that he or she just received a text message. It was a news from a co-parent about the EDSA kidnapping. The kidnappers were asking for a 5 million peso ransom but the kidnapped victim (ICA student) was killed because the parents called the authorities.

She also commented that it is very scary now in the Philippines.
