A big fan of Filipino singer and actress Sarah Geronimo wishes to see her after the news media noticed her extremely rare genetic disorder wherein she is rapidly aging in appearance dramatically. 
She is Rochelle Pondare wearing the looks of a senior citizen due to progeria syndrome or Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS) who just turned 17 last May 30 defying the limit of her progressive medical condition.
According to Progeria Research Foundation based in the United States, there were only 80 cases of this rare genetic condition documented in the world as of today. As per this research, those born with progeria don't have a normal life span as they can only live up to their mid-teens to early twenties.
Rochelle was born with no defect but when she turned two years old, the symptoms started to show up and her skin wrinkled resembling the skin of a 60-year-old individual.
She is a big fan of Sarah Geronimo. In fact, she has a personal notebook where she puts all the songs of her favorite singer exclusively. Just this September 26, Sarah contacted Rochelle and gave her a motivational message.
Hi Rochelle, I heard about your situations, be strong. Magdadasal ka lang palagi at mahal na mahal ka namin. God bless you Rochelle. We love you.
The 17-year-old fan broke into tears and said she wanted to see her idol personally. So Sarah decided to meet her fan personally and traveled to Plaridel, Bulacan.
It's like a dream come true for Rochelle as Sarah Geronimo, her idol, finally arrived in front of her.
