AUSTRALIA - The 15-year-old Filipina contestant once again showed her singing power and wowed the audience as well as the judges after performing David Guetta's "Titanium" on 'The X Factor Australia' Top 5 live show, week 9 on Sunday.
Last time, Punzalan surprised the crowd when she went metal and sang Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters" which she was given a standing ovation from them and the judges.
As the top 5 entered the week 9 where it was themed as "Killer Tracks and Curve Balls," Punzalan was directed by Ronan Keating to perform "Titanium" and instructed her to take the notes higher than the original version.
And once again, the Pinay teen performer amazed the judges.
"You have grown in the last two weeks, you have just captivated every single person in this room. What a wicked song, great song choice," said Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
"The first verse wasn’t perfect but the rest of the song was incredible, you are such a superstar. Well done," said Keating.
Her second choice of song was "Over the Rainbow". A classic one but made the judges stood from their seats and Punzalan was hailed.
