New CCTV Footage Where The Hazing Victim Was Taken, Released By NBI

Manila, Philippines - The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) released the latest CCTV footage on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, regarding the fatal hazing incident happened to Guillo Servando.

In this newest coverage, you will see that the student hazing victim was barely walking. He was taken inside the elevator and went down on his knees. After the elevator stopped, he was unable to stand by himself to get out. He was dragged by a group of young men all the way to the lobby of the condominium (One Archers Plaza). The men on footage believed to Tau Gamma Phi fraternity members which are the suspects for this crime (as per the latest police reports).
