Nonomura keeps on wailing and shouting some unclear excuses along with sobs and deep breath intakes ready for his next shout out.
The Japanese public official was elected last 2011 in western district of Japan. He is now suspected of misusing the public funds worth three (3) million yen ($30,000).
According to the sources, Ryutaro spent the funds on his personal trips that reached 195 in total in just one (1) year's time. That includes 106 hot spring resort visits (same hot spring) with no receipts at all.
The video was uploaded in Youtube just this recently and it now has half a million views.
