An Overwhelmed Dog Passed Out When Its Owner Went Back Home After 2 Years

Do dogs have emotions? Yes, of course, they do.

A dog named 'Casey' from the breed line schnauzer became overwhelmed when she recognized a woman who looks very familiar and could not keep it altogether. She is already 14 years old.

She suddenly ran towards the lady while whining out loud. It looks like she's scolding her for not going back home for a very long time.

The family member who recently arrived turns out to be away from home for the duration of 2 years, which made her dog, Casey, missed her so bad.

This video was originally uploaded in YouTube last July 24, 2014, by Rebecca Ehalt and it already has 23 million views as of writing. It has a length of less than 2 minutes.

Here, you can see Casey filled with overwhelming emotions that she just fainted out. She tried to get back on her feet but felt too weak.

The woman was apparently staying in Slovenia for work reasons and she was not able to return home to Murrysville, PA for the past 2 years. She was also married and she just came back to visit her family members and friends.

There was a not in the video stating that the schnauzer dog, Casey, was taken to the vet after the said event and everything was fine. The vet also confirmed that she just passed out because of pure joy that she felt when her owner arrived home.

Schnauzer is a dog breed originated in Germany. The breed term originally came from a German word "snout" because of the dog's unique beard.
