MANILA - Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla once again shook the world of their fans and viewers as they portrayed the senior characters of "Be Careful With My Heart" aired last Monday noon.
The setting was set back to '50s and this episode's story focused on the past of Manang Fe portrayed by Gloria Sevilla as the head maid of the Lim Family.
Kathryn Bernardo portrayed the young Manang Fe and Daniel Padilla as Mang Anastacio. This made its way to Twitter and became trending nationwide with the hashtag #KathNielAsFeStacioOnBCWMHTheBeginning became as KathNiel made their appearance on the top-rating romantic series on September 18, 2014.

As per the ABS-CBN, The guest appearance of Bernardo and Padilla in the noontime love story episode on Monday marks their acting reunion on the national television after the "Got To Believe" series became successful which ended March 2013.
Teen Queen and King was last seen together in the blockbuster movie SDTG that shook the world of their fans and viewers. DK reports that they will again make another Star Cinema film in 2015 as well as a new TV series.
