Letter from DBM to Rep. Leah S. Paquiz of Ang NARS Partylist (Credits to Carl Balita)

This photo is tagged with Carl's description. It is a rant against the non-implementation of RA No. 9173 or "The Philippine Nursing Act of 2002" where he said:
ANG SARAP MAG ORGANIZE NG RALLY NG NURSES AFTER READING THIS!!!!

The government cannot COMPLY with the 2002 NURSING LAW re Salary Grade of Nurses....(AFTER 12 YEARS???? WALA PA DIN?)

Kasi it will STRAIN the coffers of the government??? PERSONAL SERVICE NG HEALTH WORKERS ANG MAG SSTRAIN NG KABAN NG BAYAN???? HINDI BA CORRUPTION ANG MATAGAL NG NANG SSTRAIN NG KABAN NG BAYAN???

Kasi walang pera or kasi wala NANG pera? (na corrupt na!)
Bakit ang STEM-CELL RESEARCH may PONDO?
Kasi maapektuhan ang health care system or kasi hindi priority ang health?
Kasi marerestructure ang salaries ng mga medical and health professionals or kasi HINDI PRIORITY and NURSES?

BAKIT KAPAG IBANG PROFESSIONALS AND HUMIHINGI NG SALARY INCREASE, NATATARANTA GOBYERNO? KASI MARUNONG SILA MAG RALLY? KASI IMPORTANTE SILA SA ELEKSYON????

NURSES....MAGALIT NA TAYO!!!!! We have waited long enough!!! (ONE DECADE)
We have PROVEN OUR WORTH ENOUGH!!!! (WE ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD)
WE HAVE BEEN EXPLOITED ENOUGH!!!

Again!!! THERE IS NO OVERSUPPLY OF NURSES!!! THERE IS UNDER-UTILIZATION COZ EVEN GOVERNMENT CANNOT GIVE THE ADEQUATE NURSE-PATIENT RATIO....

The businessman and owner of Carl E. Balita Review Center as well as a registered nurse initiates the Nurses for Change Movement as a wake-up call to all the nurses to take action and lead the campaign to condemn the government for not lifting the salary of the nurses to Grade 15 for the past 12 years.

Nurses for Change Movement made its way to Facebook last September 6, 2014, with a hashtag #Nurses4Change.

Also, Carl strongly emphasized that this movement should have no no political color to show, no political side to take, no business to promote, and no organization to advance.

He also said that he wants to prove that nurses are not just likers of FB posts.
I was advised and WARNED reliably that NURSES ARE JUST LIKERS OF FB POSTS AND NEVER PARTICIPANTS TO MOVEMENTS LIKE THIS!!! Well, I DONT BELIEVE COZ I FEEL THIS IS THE TIME TO MOVE... LET US PROVE THEM WRONG...
