Tau Gamma Phi Conducted Their Own Investigation For Guillo Servando Hazing Case

Manila, Philippines - The most recent police report shows that the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity members are responsible for the alleged hazing that took the life of the 18-year-old Benilde student, Guillo Cesar Servando.

The CCTV footage released by the management of One Archers Place condominium in Malate, Manila.



But on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, the fraternity has released their own investigation process on this matter.


Tau Gamma Phi spokesperson Lorenzo Lapak indicated that the fraternity elements are conducting it their own internal investigation regarding the initiation rites that allegedly killed Servando.
"We are not confirming that the Tau Gamma Phi is involved in this senseless hazing. We are not confirming that the involved were all fraternity brothers because, as of now, the investigation is on going," -Lorenzo Lapak.

The fraternity spokesperson additionally added that, they will actively and fully cooperate with the investigating authorities to bring those involved to justice as fraternity founded on principles and rationality and non-violence.

According to the latest police report, one of the suspects involved in fatal hazing incident has voluntarily surrendered to the authorities on Tuesday. Also, it was reported that the suspect is a Tau Gamma Phi member.
