Recently a viral post circulated around Twitter and other social media sites about a man, Nick Lutz, who proofread and graded the apology letter that his girlfriend sent him, 61/100.
In the letter, the girl wants to reconcile with the boy as she is insisting that there was never even a single act of cheating that she had done. All she wants is to settle the problem with their relationship.
However, the man didn't accept her explanation instead he tends to correct some points in the letter before sending it back and make the girl in a savage situation.
Nick commented on how the letter was presented. For him, it could have been better if it was written in a formal way.
He also suggested that a claim must be accompanied by supporting details as what is lacking in the letter, consider misspelling and use of fillers as well.
In the last page he quoted that:
“Long intro, short conclusion, strong hypothesis but nothing to back it up. Details are important. If you wanted to be believed, back it up with proof. You claimed that cheating never occurred but place blame on yourself, then what for? Need to stop contradicting your own story and pick a side. While this gesture is appreciated, I would prefer details overstatements. Revision for half the credit will be accepted. Good luck!”
Trust is a very important thing to consider in a relationship. Once broken it is hard to get it back.
